Account & Data Deletion

Zortino apps do not require an account, and by default we do not store personal data about you. Here is how to remove any data connected to our apps, or ask us to.

Request deletion by email

Email zortinoapp@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request” and include:

  • the name of the app;
  • the email address you used to contact us, if any.

We will confirm your request and delete any data we hold about you within 30 days. If we hold nothing, we will tell you.

Data stored on your device

Anything an app saves (such as settings) is stored only on your device. To remove it, open Settings → Apps → [app name] → Storage → Clear data, or uninstall the app.

Ad data held by Google

Apps with ads use Google AdMob, which handles advertising data under Google’s own policies. You can delete or reset your advertising ID in your Android settings (Settings → Privacy → Ads) and manage ad data at Google Ad Settings. Requests about data held by Google must be made to Google.
